We are an RICS registered practice with over 30 years’ experience of financial, procurement and contractual knowledge.
From project inception, we work with our clients to establish and secure the whole project budget. This is then managed through a series of regular project cost estimates and updated cost plan reports. Working closely with our in-house design team means that value engineering and management techniques are an ongoing and integral part of project development as opposed to them later becoming a necessity or afterthought. Our surveyors assist clients with procurement and contract advice, prepare the procurement documentation, manage the tender process, and will establish the construction contracts between relevant parties.
Throughout the project works and post-contract phase, our surveyors will value the works to facilitate stage payments, management costs associated with contractual change, prepare financial reports and agree the final project costs all in accordance with the relevant conditions of contract to ensure project expenditure and costs are managed.
Our well-established Quantity Surveying processes have a demonstrable ability to ensure our client’s financial investments are carefully managed throughout each of the project stages.
